It is a Saudi limited liability company under the Commercial Register No. (1010691623) issued in Riyadh on 20/07/1442 H (corresponding to 04/03/2021), with a capital of 100 million divided into 10 million (10,000,000) equal-value cash shares, the value of each share is (10) Saudi riyals, and its activity, as in the commercial register, is the provision of services to operators of virtual mobile networks.
The company obtained the class A license from the Telecommunications and Information Technology Authority on 03 December 1442, 13/07/2021.
The company contracted with Red Bull Mobile International for 10 years to use its brand.
The company contracted with Zain Communications for the purpose of using its infrastructure in the operation process.
The company received the approval of the Telecommunications and Information Technology Authority at all commercial terms after the company met all the necessary requirements.
